Brace yourself: The Jennifer Hudson Show is back for a fifth season. The Telepictures-produced talker, fronted by multi-talented artist Jennifer Hudson, has been renewed by Fox Television Stations. This renewal comes amid a tough landscape for syndicated daytime talk shows, as other programs like The Kelly Clarkson Show (NBC) and Sherri (Fox) are winding down this season.
In terms of performance for the 2025–26 season so far, The Jennifer Hudson Show is showing solid momentum. It has achieved year-over-year growth with Adults 25–54 and has seen its audience among Women 25–54 rise by 10%. On digital platforms, the show leads as the top daytime talk show on TikTok and Threads, and ranks second in overall social-followership for daytime talk shows. Its Spirit Tunnel has already amassed over 6 billion views across all platforms.
Commenting on the renewal, Frank Cicha, EVP of Programming for Fox Television Stations, said, “Jennifer Hudson is a powerful force across all platforms and works exceptionally well with our stations. We’re thrilled to bring her back for year five.”
The series is produced by JHUD Productions alongside Telepictures, a Warner Bros. Television Group company, and is distributed nationally in syndication by Warner Bros. Discovery Content Sales. Jennifer Hudson serves as an executive producer, joined by Andy Lassner, Corey Palent, Graehme Morphy, and Walter Williams III.
